Hotel's location was unbeatable and magnificent, in a pedestrian street right next to Gran Via metro station. Besides, it was just next door to many shops and restaurants as well as public transport.

Some of the staff were miserable.

Solo traveler great experience

The location was central, with shops and cafes just a few steps away. I got some help from the staff carrying my heavy bags up to the room, a lifesaver.

It wasn't very inexpensive but still acceptable for the convenience and comfort provided.
